  3. Fill Out the Ticket Form: You will be presented with a form to fill out. Provide all the required information, such as:
    1. Your name and contact information
    2. Type of product
    3. A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing
    4. Any relevant screenshots or files that may help explain the problem
  4. Review Your Information: Before submitting, double-check that all the information is accurate and complete. This will help the support team assist you more effectively.
  5. Submit the Ticket: Once you are satisfied with the information provided, click the "Submit" button to send your ticket to the support team.
  6. Check for Confirmation: After submitting, you should receive a confirmation email or notification indicating that your ticket has been received. This may include a ticket number for reference.
  7. Follow Up if Necessary: If you do not receive a response within the expected timeframe, you can follow up on your ticket using the ticket number provided.

1. Download the Document:

  • Look for a button or link that says "Download" 
  • If prompted, choose the format you want to download the document in (PDF is common). The document will be downloaded to your computer.

2. Open Google Translate: Go to the Google Translate website by typing `translate.google.com` in your web browser.

3. Select the Document Translation Option: Click on the "Documents" option located above the text input box.

4. Choose the Language: Select the original language of the document in the left dropdown menu and the target language you want to translate it into in the right dropdown menu.

5. Upload Your PDF Document: Click on the "Browse your computer" button. Navigate to the location where you saved the downloaded document from Odoo, select it, and click "Open."

6. View the Translated Document: Once the translation is complete, the translated text will be displayed on the screen. You can read it directly in the browser.

7. Review the Translation: Remember that automated translations may not be perfect. Review the translated text for accuracy and make any necessary adjustments.
